Henry C. Hallager V, also known as "Designer Hal," is a multifaceted individual hailing from Coatesville, Pennsylvania, born in October 1988. His diverse roles include being a father, a U.S. Army Combat Veteran, an administrative professional, a fashion designer, a business owner, and the CEO of House of HCHV. Since 2015, he has called Raleigh, North Carolina his home.

House of HCHV, initially established as HCHV Customs in May 2017, embodies the vision of providing a safe space and a platform exclusively for the Black community. The name "House" signifies providing accommodation and space, while "HCHV" represents Henry's initials. Inspired by the ethos of FUBU, Henry's mission is to empower the Black community and aspiring entrepreneurs by offering quality custom clothing, marketing services, and more.

The motto of House of HCHV, "We Are Royalty," encapsulates the ethos of empowerment and self-worth that the brand stands for, serving as a reminder to individuals of their inherent value and dignity.
